This new build is not your typical shore house. Its kitchen features walls made of reclaimed brick from New England with stainless steel shelving and banding on the island, giving an urban edge that these Manhattan-locals love. Custom wood and other stainless pieces were carefully selected keep this stunning industrial design consistent throughout the three-story house.

This eclectically designed home with a large open living room is tastefully divided from the kitchen by the waterfall countertop. The living space looks over the serene and wooded back bay of Margate with large French doors. This scenery is beautifully mirrored in the neutral palate colors draped throughout the kitchen. The intriguing taste can be spotted in the details as well; like the silver, square hardware adorning the cabinetry.

This beachfront manor exudes Zen with the tranquil blue and deep browns that are carried throughout the home. Styled as coastal contemporary, the heavy, modern posts were introduced to balance the more traditional mullion glass doors. The space incorporates both beautiful luxury and efficiency with Wood-Mode cabinetry.

By incorporating linear floating elements, this island cabinetry and shelving married with traditional crown molding details brought a contemporary edge to this otherwise traditionally styled home. Using a driftwood grey with white cabinetry brought warmth into this space. This palate can be seen as a theme throughout the home.

There is definitely more than one way to design a warm, inviting two-tone kitchen. Large, deep grey stained island cabinetry was selected to unite the light blue-grey painted and glazed cabinetry, utilized for the majority of the kitchen. A large open floor plan designed to entertain gives this family the practical, inviting space they craved.

Clean lines, warmth and balance are all important components in the design of this galley style kitchen. The multi-purpose island is the focal point in this kitchen. Don't let the lack of wall cabinets deceive you, additional storage is concealed on the island hidden by a jaw-dropping water fall counter-top that can be seen from the homes entrance. While on the other end a wood top has been layered, bringing visual interest as well as functional family seating. Horizontally mounted hardware gave this space a distinct, consistent linear theme.

The combination of white and gray tones make this kitchen simple and sleek. The continuation of the cabinets over the refrigerator doors gives the illusion of more storage space. Also, the stainless steel range and hood go perfectly with the muted color scheme.
