Transitional Kitchen Design
S Andover Avenue, Margate NJ
This transitional kitchen designed by Tim in Margate features highly custom details. The clients wanted a table incorporated into the island that would serve as large family gathering space. The lighting and ceiling above the table make the table a focal point. This island is not only the social hub, it serves as prep and clean-up area with a second dishwasher for large party clean ups.
The bar of this home is tucked in the front corner of the home under a vaulted ceiling. This bar has an ice maker, bar sink, wine cooler and under counter refrigerator along with lots of storage to host a happy hour anytime. Meanwhile the window seat ends are custom built to display the collection corks from the evenings wine selection.
The den window built-in has a secret purpose, at the push of a button the flat screen TV hidden inside lifts to view or lowers to store.
